Returns & Exchange

We only entertain requests for exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product received has a manufacturing defect.
• There is a size issue.
• The product is damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at buyantara.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 313 0298189 within 72 hours of receiving the item.
2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue along with any relevant photos if applicable.

Important Notes:

• The discretion of authorizing the exchange lies solely with ANTARA.
• The customer will not be able to raise a chargeback once the item has been received by them.
• Please treat all digital signatures as the final proof of delivery.
• If the customer selects on-demand delivery, please note, there will be no signature on delivery, and the order will be considered delivered as soon as the package leaves ANTARA premises.
